I know it's short notice & all, but if you can figure out the bus thing, you're welcome to come up. I'm not doing the turkey until Monday and you can stay until whenever there's a bus to take you home!

Oh yeah, you just stick the turkey in the oven, coat it with butter every once in a while, and voila! How many hours depends on the size of it, and unfortunately, I don't remember that part.

Gravy - pour the turkey juices from the pan into a pot and simmer that with cornstarch and keep stirring till it's the right consistency.

P.S. Save me a turkey sandwich, I don't get thanksgiving!!! Lucky bastards ;o)

I don't remember the science of it, but yes, protein does do that. I was doing a diet a few months ago where you're sposed to eat protein fifteen minutes before every meal- just a small snack like some nuts, a protein bar, an egg, whatever. The purpose was to kickstart your metabolism and to make it so you're not starving when you have your meal so you're more likely to choose something smarter and to not over eat.

I have a hard time taking this particular advice but I'll give it anyway... the more often you eat, the faster your metabolism becomes. Ideally, eating every 3-4 hours is perfect.

Anyway, I am very fat so maybe I shouldn't be giving weight loss advice ;o)

Your painting: I just took another quick look at it and saw dried flowers in there. Dark ones for sad sunny and light ones for happy sunny. Just sort of background decoration. Small scale. Just my 2 cents.

Also, oddly enough, I love doing arms.

What else... your boobs are very voluptuous. You should be proud of those tatas.

When my mom makes gravy, she basically just mixes the drippings from whatever meat with a thickener (flour or cornstarch). Then some seasonings for taste. She makes pretty darn good gravy, but it doesn't re-heat well (always ends up kinda lumpy and gross), so maybe look for something that will make a good leftover too. Ohhh, and I like to add worcestershire sauce to it. Not sure that would be the best with turkey though (I've pretty much only made gravy from beef roasts).
