Sucks about the sunflowers tho. Its a little early for the big sunflowers here,but I think you get yours way before us anyway.

I was up in the bush for ten days, Killarney, three bear encounters (!) and backwoods glory. I thought of you and your operation and am glad to be back and read that you are doing well. Take damn good care of yourself, eh! Jerusalem Artichokes are a great flower too and you can eat the roots soooo delicious and fart like crazy. Also tomatillos grow like weeds (I like to eat what I grow, obviously heh heh).
